Following installation, MS Systems will work with you to establish an on-site monitoring center, so your team can perform system health monitoring and data analysis.


A remote monitoring center can also be established to provide businesses with peace-of-mind. With remote monitoring, all data is synchronized in real time, allowing MS System’s team of experts to offer synchronized data backup, data analysis, and emergency notification alerts should a problem be detected from our end. All data is secured with the latest encryption methods, and our remote monitoring center offers dedicated, professionally hosted servers.


Because each project has its own unique needs, our monitoring center configurations are fully customizable. While most clients elect to include remote monitoring in their system design, projects with highly sensitive data may store data solely on their local servers.


Because our remote monitoring centers utilize the latest technology innovations, server access can be done online via any mobile or desktop device.


In the event of an emergency, the system will trigger an email notification and SMS message to any personnel of your choosing.
